The Customised Plus version of our “Enhancing Customer Experience” Interactive Training Tool has been a resounding successes for Balfour Beatty. The evidence for this was demonstrated at the 2014 UK Customer Service Training Awards, where the Enhancing Customer Experience version created specifically for Balfour Beatty won Training Aid of the Year and Operational Training Program of the Year.
This project involved developing an animated multi-platform interactive training tool.
For this project, we were heavily involved in the design process, undertook all software development, production of artwork, and data conversion, as well as creating helpful admin tools along the way and designing a CMS system from which user access and progress is managed.
We also assisted with audio production throughout and developing the concept artwork and designs during tendering.
